The Crüxshadows settle lawsuit with former label

“Last Spring, the Crüxshadows (“CXS”) sued its former label over unpaid royalties.  The complaint alleges that Dancing Ferret Discs failed to pay all the royalties due to CXS under a licensing agreement and that Dancing Ferret Discs continued to sell the music even after the expiration of their licensing agreement.”

Good news folks.

According to the band’s website,  CXS and Dancing Ferret Discs have settled their dispute.

Even better news.

Their new album is expected out in August.

Best news yet.

They may be touring the states in the fall.

  1. That isn’t good, better and best news… That is awesome, amazing, and “holy freakin’ crap that rocks!” news. 🙂

Speaking of which: Holy freakin’ crap, that rocks! hope they hit New Mexico. Aren’t they based out of Florida right now, anyway?

  2. New album and tour sounds great.
