“Sahkanaga” is the coming-of-age film set against the backdrop of the Tri-State Crematory nightmare

“In 2002, after a tip from an anonymous caller, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency investigators discovered more than 300 uncreamated bodies in the woods near the crematory.”

Now there is a movie about it. Well sort of. It is about a boy who discovers the secret and is faced with the decision of whether to tell or risk losing everything, including his first love.

  1. At first glance it sounded a little hinky, but it looks like it would be a good movie and after reading the backstory via the link, it is one I would go to see if it ever hits our local film festival circuit.
