These Boots Were Made for Clubbing

And that’s just what they’ll do.  One of these days these boots are going to goth all over you.

Siouxsie has been working hard and deserves a new pair of boots (or not).

Taking a cue from the author of  Law and Shoes, Siouxsie is trying to only buy leather shoes that are second hand/vintage.   New Rocks and/or Pennangalans are in the running.  For those readers who got here from Corporette, none of these are office appropriate.  In fact, that is the whole point of these boots.  Here are some favorites —

New Rock Silver Flame Reactor

Pennangalan Storm Lift Boots

Pennangalan Libby Ramp Boots

The eBay app has enabled Siouxsie in her quest to find a second-hand pair of these boots.   Each time a pair of these New Rock or Pennangalan size EU 46 (US Men’s 12) is listed, Siouxsie gets a notification.

(Just kidding about the size, Siouxsie refuses to reveal her true size for fear that one of you will enter a bidding war with her).

  1. Oh. Oh. The top ones. I seriously hope that you get those. They may not be office appropriate, but if you wore them to a directions hearing just watch the other side get their cheque book out for settlement purposes.

Tell them you will include costs thrown away to date and include the auction amount.

  2. Agreed on the New Rock boots. In the not-so-far-off post-apocalyptic future, all lawyers will wear boots like these.

  3. Gorgeousness…I’m thinking the bottom ones but mostly as I’m 6ft in bare feet and I would need to be able to walk through doors occasionally 😉 Good luck! x

  4. Very good post, I absolutely await updates by you.
