Chain Reaction — Newton’s Third Law of Blogging

Siouxsie recently blogged about  how YouTube’s community standards policies are arbitrary, unfair and stupid.  After the post, a friend suggested that she check out Vimeo.  So Siouxsie did.   And while there, she searched for a video she has been trying to find on YouTube for months — Pam Hogg’s Show from London Fashion Week 2010 (YouTube has some clips, but nothing good).

Voila.  Look what’s on Vimeo.  It doesn’t get much better than this.

Pam Hogg Catwalk Show from On|Off TV on Vimeo.  The entire show, including amazing footage of Siouxsie Sioux strutting on the catwalk.  Plus, some model at 4:26 and 8:22 who totally rocks insane wedged-platform shoes and puts all the other models to shame.

And look who else is on the runway at Pam Hogg’s show. Model/socialite Alice Dellal.  Look for her at 1:01, 4:53, 9:14, 11:58.

Alice Dellal at a fashion show.

This reminded Siouxsie that Alice Dellal is featured as a sexy goth chick in a new anti-whaling video. The video is narrated by Christopher Eccleston, and the music supplied by The Horrors.

Hearing Christopher Eccelston’s voice made Siouxsie think of that new film on John Lennon

And of course, this made Siouxsie want to embed this video.
